Overview#
Hong San Duo is a famous dish from Yunnan. Yunnan cuisine emphasizes cooking with freshly picked vegetables, which are not only exquisite and easy to prepare but also healthy and delicious. Hong San Duo refers to tomatoes, red pork, and red peppers, named for the three reds. The seasoning used in stir-frying Hong San Duo is minimal, and the selected peppers are not spicy. The main flavor comes from the juice released by the tomatoes when stir-fried with the meat, making it quite tasty when mixed with rice, with a sour and fragrant taste that is appetizing.
